There is often a tension between where we want to end up in life and the path we choose to get there. We fail to see that having good intentions is never good enough. Like Charlie Brown, we wrongly believe there's something to be said for trying hard. We need to understand why, in spite of our good intentions, we may have ended up at the wrong destination with our finances, our marriages, our careers, or a host of other dreams. So how do we get from where we are to where we truly want to be? The Principle of the Path is a road map to proper direction and discipline.
I read the book. It's awesome. A real eye-opener.

I THINK IT IS MORE ABOUT THE "CHOICE" OF THE PATH - YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO MAKE A CHOICE AS TO WHAT PATH YOU FOLLOW/CHOOSE... ♥

God shows you the path, but you must walk it. Like your teacher will teach, but you have to learn, study and with good intention, not knowing the outcome hope you pass!

intention and direction are both equally needed. If i intend on doing something good and did everything in my power to do it but it didn't work out. Does that mean my intention doesn't count? I wanted to help a sick cat but God took it from me, does God say I didn't do anything for the cat cause it died? No, God will see my intention as good and record it as such even if the destination wasn't good! (what I planned)!!
Also, nothing is predictable, we can't tell the future.
