Vodafone And The Lack Of Customer Service

Here in Australia, Vodafone use a robot called Lara to assist customers. Having been on hold for hours at a time and now this, you have got to be kidding. VODAFONE SUX!!! I need to speak with them as they have double billed me for the past 3 months and now have stopped my phone service. Please lister to the whole thing.

they want you to go through that all over again!!! and the ads on tv saying they've spent millions upgrading their network, as if it's going happen over night. If you're smart leave vodaphone asap, even if you are in a contract, no problems there, you just claim they haven't lived up the the service the stipulated on the contract you signed. send this company to the wall, maybe a new provider can fill the gap.
