  • Hi! Have you tried cleverous 402 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my sister lost a lot of weight with it.

  • now a diebetic diet is in REVERESE,,they want you to have high fiber and to have roughage and they want you to watch your carbohyrates popcorn and nuts would be a good snack,,if I stay away from the high colories I will loose weight I dont absorb a fourth of what I take in,,because of my Illistomey which means I have no large instine and part of my small instine removed as well ,,my dietician throws her arms in the air ,,SO what diet do I go by,both diets are in reverse

  • I need to ask a question to ANY who can answer I have dibetis I was told that in 2009 now in 1982 I was told I had chronze disease,,,I had to have surgery in 1990,,live with an Illistomy now,,SO heres the question what type of diet do I follow,,a dibetic diet is in REVERSE,,,from what my ostomy is sosposed to be,,I cant have the roughage, I cant be eating high fiber,,have to stay away from popcorn and peanuts ,,cant eat stuff with skin on it ,,and need the extra calories,,

  • yeah...three friggin' almonds? hahah...ok.

  • nah!!!!!!!!!!...just take some drugs and eat whatever you want....the doctors need that freebie trip to Acapulco next winter for shelling out Metformin like their Pez candy.

  • I just love your Videos. You Have one of the Best Video Collections in Youtube. Just love it!.

  • Reading your posts on this subject, you sound like an over educated know nothing. Talk to a lot of successfull low carber's, they would laugh their heads off at the idea of a low carb, low fat diet, hilarious. Real recipe for feeling like crap. Oh, sorry, you are the expert.

  • Excellent advice for any Type 2 such as myself. My HbA1c has reduced from 9.4% to 5.1% by reducing the amont of starchy carbohydrate that I eat - i.e. cereals, bread, potatoes, pasta, pizza etc. After being diabetic for more than nine years, My blood glucose levels now run at non-diabetic levels.
