as much as i hated the masked used in Halloween 4 and 5 it is understandable why the producers didnt re-use the mask from the Original Halloween. That mask was used from a WIlliam Shatner/Capt. Kirk mask as was altered to the mask used in Halloween. Unfortunately, Shatner's legal team and the Star Trek people demanded royalties for use of the original mask. hence why it was only used in the original film (tho some say it was used again in Halloween II)

I just can't get over how dumb the Mask looks on Halloween 4 and 5 I laugh everytime i see it out of all the Halloween movies 4 and 5 have to be the worst

I didn't really care for the way they did the mask in this one. It looked cheap and the hair looked to slicked back.

I don't get why they simply didn't recast Laurie Strode. Obviously, she would have been an adult in H4 so a change in appearance would be expected.

@yohko778 ofc noting can be better then the original movies But you gata agree the new movies are awsome to have michael in it :) in a new version/story but i total agree that the old story were great i just wich i could find out more how he came to be then u saw in the movies
