@a334455 That's true but when thousands of companies start laying off hundreds of their employees to save a few million dollars. it creates a recession which in return hurts the economy. you do remember the dozens of companies that went out of business in the last 4 years right ? Circuit City was one of the biggest, it's what economists call a domino effect. when people loose their jobs their not going to buy a New HDTV. or a New Car or Even go to the Movies as Often.!

@FourDollaRacing A bus is far more complicated to assemble than a Ferrari, and they are done at much lower volumes, so economically it would be no good.

Buses are made-to-order; but, if Ferarri can use robots I see no reason why a bus manufacturer can not.
