Proa was not designed to have to hike out onto tramp away from main hull. If you watch video closely you can see I have to bear off after laser goes by to keep away from shore. After bearing off as I come up into windward sailing again the puff hits right as I'm coming through abeam to wind. That is the reason for the ama lifting clear of water. Not true apparent wind sailing, fly a hull. No need to hike out just comfortable seating on the bench with feet in of main hull.

  • where's the net/trampoline?

    nothing to sit out on!
