Wile running (When you holstered your weapon) you hit the Melee key AND the crouch (Default key is C) . There's a Melee key and then there's the normal attack wile a weapon is holstered. The normal attack won't let you jump kick or slide, so you MUST use the melee key, look this up on what your melee key is by pressing "Esc, Options, Controls, Configure Controls,". After that, on your left there is a list: Click on "Interaction" and look for Melee. Use it, not fire in holstered.
