Pray to your god(s), and hope that it's not to late for salvation, but I can assure you, judgment day will come for those who have done us wrong. Repent and save your souls while you can. I have a horrible feeling that the majority of the people won't be so merciful. Riots and protests are just the start. What do you think happens when people figure out about bubble economics and hyper-inflation? LOL honest politicians like Paul and Kucinich have been warning you for years, and you silence them.

LOL if you thought the financial meltdown was epic, just wait until the people realize that the money that they're investing and have invested isn't worth the paper it's printed on. People for the most part are sheep, and a herder is capable of herding them into a flock. Remember, this, when you push a sheep close enough to a cliff, they WILL push back. What I wouldn't give to see the look on the elitists faces when people realize just how betrayed and forsaken they really were.

The only reason this video became so popular was it was the only angle the Republicans could use to try and get McCain elected.

Having a majority in congress doesnt mean you can do whatever you want

All bills start in The House and must go through several committees,
During this process it can be voted down, held-up, kicked back, modified or so many attachments added, it becomes unviable

If it survives, its off to the Senate for much of the same

In honesty, I dont know how this effort was halted, however I can see who the players were and what positions they held

And Fox News went bat shit crazy over Acorn because they were giving people advice to break the law, avoid taxes, and traffic under age prostitutes. Fox didn't go bat shit crazy about the economy because nothing illegal, per say, was going on. Because Congress not only made risky loans legal, they blackballed any bank or lender who didn't make sub prime loans. Wake up kiddos.

It has been a while since I checked out this video. I see the comments from the Right are still the same. Let me give you a little education. 80% of all sub prime loans were made by mortgage brokers and funded by Wall Street Investment banks and those banks were not required to follow the lending standards imposed on regular retail banks. With the housing prices skyrocketing banks no longer worried about the buyers credit. If they failed to pay the bank got an asset at higher value.

No government intervention was needed during the housing boom. I know I was a builder during the boom and we could get money for anyone with warm blood in them.

The only reason u can blame the bankers is because they followed the laws democrats wrote and republicans and democrats BOTH passed. Congress forced banks to make risky loans by mandating banks carry a certain percentage of mortgage loans in the sub prime catagory, which is primarily numbered with minorities. And DEMS wrote such legislation.

No one foresaw the magnitude of the washout man, and repubs were speaking out. And for your earlier post, Bernie Sanders? He's an open socialist. U should learn something about conservatism before u start doling out advice for the republican party.
