yes, this one is really fascinating. There is a first "depression" then just enters the guitar and immediately, one is far far away. Farvel.

That's great Cyph, any year is a good year to discover Rypdal. "Better off without you" is a favorite cut of mine off Odyssey, haunting music like no other. I hope Earospace has more bootleg gems to share like this one!

  • What 1 emotion ! The thrill at 1rst hear, like a feeling which develops, which would be defined only by this piece of music. I've discovered Terje's marvelous music only in Jan. 2005, by sheer hazard, when visiting a friend in Århus who told me : "choose an LP in my discothèque". My hand has picked up Odissey, like that. Arriving at Midnite, I was already in an other state. & I'm sure that, would I have known Rypdal in 1984, I should be still deeply addicted today. Here, he reaches the sublime.

  • Absolutely beautiful. I've been a huge fan of Rypdal since 1984. This is among his best compositions and playing - captures a timeless, unparalleled beauty.

Thank you for posting this priceless gem! My ears and soul are exalted!

  • Fantastic and super rare to hear a treasure like this. Thanks again Lasse you are the great Terje historian. My brother and I used to study Jon Christensen for many hours at a time all the way back to the 70s. Terje has a really pure and innocent sound back then. Fantastic as always, I would love to hear it all!!!! Rob Tullius Terje fan in the USA

  • Yep, great music from Terje's greatest period ('74-80). Nothing like it before or since.
