  • If those yellow plates are 100 lbs each and the little ones are 45 that wouldn't be close to 600 lbs... and if all three are 100 lb plates then that would be way more than 600, so i'm wondering what each of those plates represents in weight??

  • Bar=45 lb.

    4 gold plates=400 lb.

    2 blue plates=90 lb.

    2 green plates=50 lb.

    2 white plates=20 lb.

    2 collars=10 lb.

  • so that would be 570 lbs... not 615??

  • 400+45=445, 445+90=535, 535+50=585, 585+20=605, 605+10=615!!! I can't break it down any better then that. I benched 615 lb. in sanctioned competition.
