    Actually, heavy weight is for people who are out of shape and beginners. That is because

    1) They get hurt before they get experienced enough to not be beginners.

    2) People with little ability to redirect force, dynamic range of motion, and tons of muscle imbalances are out of shape.

    Its quite sad that so many people in present day society don't see the benefits of core training and how much more powerful the core is than the rest of the body.

  • That risk is always there, its all how you train when you do anything. Now of course you'd do the heav ylifting properly so no worry needed. The stuff in this video is for girls and ppl who are out of shape aka beginners.
