Empire: Total War, why not to use Grenadiers...

I was in a multiplayer battle with some guy (forgot his name), I am the English and my opponent is America, and most of his units had routed. I was just finishing up with a few horse units, line infantry and grenadiers. However, there was an enemy guard unit which proved particularly tough to kill. Therefore, I sent in the grenadiers!.... my bad.

The game is "Empire: Total War", I used "Fraps" as a recording program and to edit and publish the film I used "Windows Movie Maker".

You can download a free demo which will mean that there is a watermark on all videos and you can only record 30 seconds at a time, the full version is something like £20.. or $20... cant remember

Guys ive let this discussion go on for a long time about which country is the best and wars etc etc, but to be honest its not what the video is about its not productive and i want to stop it before it just turns into retarded racism, so any further posts about which country is best in a war will just be removed

LOL I hate the people on you-tube that play "My country is better than yours" they get completely off point. For instance the video is called "Empire: Total War, why not to use Grenadiers..." and your arguing about which country is better. last time I checked every man is equal, which would mean every country is equal. That and what country is better is a matter of opinion therefore there is no right answer and its not worth arguing about.

Use grenadiers for their grenades. I use to 3 untis of Grenadiers behind my line infantry, so when someone charge my line infantry, they throw grenades into the enemies, so maybe around 30% of the unit get blown up, and they lose their Moral :)

@NoOne3234 remember that germany would have captured french,british and other nations port to go into naval mass production. it also had its naval super power japan and italy on its side.

@LordGuttenburg As much as I hate WW2 tangents, the Germans could not have sailed across the Atlantic and invaded the US. The kriegsmarine was only suitable for raids on shipping and much of German sea control was through land based aviation (doesn't work in the Atlantic). Compare this to the US navy, which was one of the most powerful navies in the world, both in terms of surface combatants and naval aviation. America had the ability to remain aloof from the great wars in both Europe and Asia.

@Hazelrat10 i agree with you but you have to agree that every country was vital for the war. if it werent for the uk and its commonwealth along with the ussr the axis would have just sailed across the water and invaded. dont deny this but the germans would have easily conquered the united states as compared to the german army at full strength would make the us army look like cave men.

AMERICUH IS OWNAGE AND IS BETTER THAT BRITUN. but to be honest your just making everybody have the wrong image of america and your just shaming your own country.
