  • @420gaara this guy would also improve if he did some f-ing heavy squats with good form!

  • surely if you keep your body loose you are not transferring anywhere near as much force from your lower body,torso through to your kicking leg.

  • my teacher said to keep your side leveled (like horizontally) when doing the kick, not vertically up. and he got his third degree black belt.
