Distant Echo-Tattoo Documentary Intro

This is the intro to a public awareness documentary about the Canadian tattoo industry and it's lack of regulations to protect the public from a pandemic of blood-borne deceases. This is a documentary short and is in the preproduction phase for a full length documentary. Canadians need a voices to the politicians in order to bring awareness to the issues that surround the lack of public safety in our tattoo industry. Could you imagine spending hours researching a design that you are emphatic about permanently illustrating on your body, only to walk away from your most important session with a blood borne decease, like hepatitis C or HIV.
