@studiiamericane2 I KNOW
What you do, is you have to make sure the zoom on photoshop is at 100 percent. If it isn't, then you won't get the desired image. Zoom in to your project at 100 percent and it should work.

Having the same problem as Geneicus :\, not sure what's up. Will keep posted if I find a work around or fix.

@Geneicus I'm having the same issue, did you have a solution?

I have a problem at the very first stage. I found this extremely annoying as it happened on all versions of Photoshop. After adding the noise to the black layer and playing around with the levels I get a really cool star field. But as soon as I click OK on the Image Levels menu it adds all of the mid-tone stars that I actually wanted gone, back into the imaged only a little dimmer. What am I doing wrong?

@studiiamericane2
Sorry, after reviewing your question I am unable to solve the problem, if you would like I can private message you my Skype name and we can discuss your problem further there.
Also, sorry that it took me so long to reply, I'm not used to getting comments on my videos so I never check my inbox XD.

I've watched this a few times and followed it IMO great tutorial, I'm extremely new to PS so mine is absolutely terrible compared to yours but keep up the good work.
