Marie's Plants Miss Her Sooo Much

Marie is up north taking care of family biz. Her plants are taking care of themselves best they can. A reporter for 3 minutes news came out to investigate after a squash was found yes, squashed in the middle of the road by a Mack truck. A suicide note was found. It blamed Marie. After this story aired the national media picked it up and built it up to such an extent that the hysteria among the Earths Flora is out of control! They say until Marie returns the plants will no long take in carbon dioxide and produce oxygen! This is just another reason to add to the global warming, sky is falling madness so the Department of Homeland Security has now set the code to red alert until Marie is captured. Even the Poison Ivy misses her so much they they are going to disguise themselves in protest as spinach so everyone on the new popular Popeye Diet will be scratching their blown up lips raw for relief and kissing will be outlawed! There is already a campaign with commercials airing that "Anyone can get Poison Ivy!"and " Loose Lips Use Lipdoms!"
If you see Marie pass it on to the nearest Whispering Pine. They will spread the word!
A nation at risk until she makes her plants happy again!


P.S Reporter used his new Canon FS100 flash based camcorder for 1st movie. Great cam. Used Ulead Studio 11 Plus for editing. First movie with it. Works well. Use a card reader. Have the Canon supplied software Image Mixer SD copy the .Mod files off the card to a folder you designate. As it does it converts them to Mpeg2 files that any editor can use. Ulead has the tab "share" and turned the 6 minutes into a 37 MB .WMV file. Will see if .DIVX quality is better in future test. Backround noise is AC kicking on. Hey free form shoot ya can't predict these things. Could have re- dubbed but spontaneity would be lost. Yes, I became the plant O.K. so Black Eye Sue me!

Note the UV lens filter I rigged up to protect the cam caused some flare. Trade off for not letting anything down the cams lens barrel. See gizmo here :)
