Rick sings one of his greatest penned tracks in this rare live clip from the late sixties.

  • Ricky Nelson and the Stone Canyon Band .. featuring Randy Meisner, Allan Kemp, Tom Brumley and Pat Shanahan. I feel this was when Rick was at his best .. this man was so under-rated and was a big part of music history. But his music lives on.

I worked with Rick during this time period and he poured his heart out into the music.

Thanks for the video's they are so hard to come by.

Hope to see more of them.

  • This blows my mind, time and time again. How is this not one of the most well known songs of the 60's. Beats the $**t out of We Can be Together/Volunteers

  • Rick reminds me a lot of The King. Both were at the crossroads carreer wise and knew that in order to survive they had to make the transition musically. The Prince of Rock & Roll burned the house down. Rick & Stone Canyon Band kicked ass & took names!

  • Thanks for the post.

  • This song is another of my favorite songs by Rick. Thanks for posting it.
