Saints Cornerback does the Rainbow

Madden 2002 has incredibly terrible physics. whenever a player goes down there's always a body part of the defensive player who tackled him going through him (or maybe the player never touched him at all) and it often makes for some hilarious instant replays. however, this one was just plain stupid.

happy new year to you too! see, when the reciever is already standing where the ball's going to land, the cornerback kind of like walks around, it's a really stupid glitch, so then i pressed y which is supposed to make him try and intercept it. he ran forward (wtf?!?) kicked the ball up, then when i saw he might catch it i pressed b to tackle...only he was facing the wrong way so he dove onto the ground.
