@PatriotSue The 1 million people we allow in USA are relatives of existing residents, they do not come here with working visas. I strongly disagree with the so called family based immigration. The system is so broken that today the waiting time is anywhere from 15-25 years. The current backlog is somewhere in the late 90's.

I also disagree with the stupid lottery for the green cards we give away. Someone who want to come to USA has to prove himself as hard worker, not as a lucky guy.
