hi Ken, love your video's and appreciate your hard work. Just one thing about rolling during the heel hook. I was taught too be very cautious of rolling because the risk of breaking your own foot is very high in rolling during the heel hook. I can see the isn't a lot of options but just wondered what you think about that. Cheers and keep up the good work

Everyone has a submission they can do faster than anyone else they know, im a heel hook guy myself, its a submission that 80% of the people you grapple with won't expect, sorta like an armbar while you have someones back.
