@Royzad i do agree with you, howeber, it does not mean they're less moral people. there are many decent people that have tried to be a good Samaritan, but the system is just so terrible, there were many instances where a person gets hit by a car, the driver runs away, a good samaritan see it he takes the victim to a hospital, and when the victim wakes up, he'll accuse the good samaritans of hitting him. it's just so terrible, it makes people afraid of doing the right thing.

If in China, passersby will just look on and wait for the outcome while pointing fingers at the victim. They'll just say "aah...who cares".
