If the address u double clicked ,then after that you do the instructions,then if you see ur penguin name doesn't change,got click on the second one,then if it is a failure again do the instructions again until it is changed into rockhopper(the addresses scanned must not be more than 4-5,if your name has/completely numbers.it is still can be on the text scan)
