I know one thing i witnessed were banks not doing too good a job at recycling, even though they had the proper bins. Wonder if they are doing a better job at it now..

If the bleach is disposed of properly,this will prevent harmful waste. Since bleach is used in all paper recycling plants, if you feel strongly against the use of it, you should write them and voice your concern. With any luck, you may be able to stop paper recycling all together. Just kidding :-) My apologize for not mentioning the disposal process.

One flaw people forget about when recycling paper..... the waste from it. The old inks and bleach used to recycle it does more damage to the environment than buying new paper made from virgin timber. (that timber planted to begin with FOR paper production)....lol

Dispose of the bleach and ink the proper way after using it by pouring it down a sink or toilet so that it's not as harmful to the environment. Thanks for the comment because I forgot to add that part :-/
