As a personal trainer in the Katy, TX area, I get asked all the time, "What can I eat to lose weight?" Some Katy residents have office jobs and others are on the go all day. Here is a look at what I eat throughout the day. I eat about 6 or 7 times a day (mostly snacks) and can get by with minimal use of a microwave throughout the day. I mostly just cook breakfast and lunch. Here's a look at my groceries.
