Walk Away

The walk home is cold and my shadow is nothing but comfort to the loneliness I feel since you left. Best of both worlds when it mimics my every move instead of criticize it. But your not here and I dont know where you are since you left. Id rather have an argument than the screams of silence which kill the mood of the stars and the rain pouring down. When I said I wanted to dance in the rain, I didnt mean with my shadow. I dont trust you never have but thats only a detail when you give me everything else Id like to think that I need. The path of loneliness is just as lonely when you walk with me anyways
