A little nostalgia for those of you living in "my old humble kamode", Streator, Illinois.
From my vault of old VHS tapes, some snippets from the local access channel. When I grew up, it was channel 4, then it switched to channel 22; nowadays, I don't know if it exists, and because when I lived with my brother and sister-in-law for 7 years they had Dish Network, so I never had it on satellite. But the last time I remember seeing it was in 2009. And of course, the most delightful thing about it was that "The Q" 97.7 would be playing as you saw a slideshow of the many houses in Streator for sale.
(UPDATE: Just moved back home to Streator on July 1. It's now on channel 19. They don't show the date, time, or temperature anymore.)
