Oh puhhleeze! this is the least of American Samoa's problems. They have to fix their incredibly corrupted government FIRST! Also, if you ask any Samoan employed by those plants, they themselves will quickly tell you they want minimum wage! No sound minded Samoan will say no to anything remotely increasing their wages. I think Samoans should be left alone, they were fine before economy was a word in their vocabulary and they will be fine without it. They are resilient and thrive on island life!
