The making of the CORONADOS full length on No Fun Records

No Fun Records' band Coronados taking a break during the recording of their upcoming full length album. The recording took place on Saturday, October 21 2006 at Jeff Meier's studio in Detroit, Michigan, where he acted as recording engineer. Jeff is a founding member of the Detroit Cobras, Rocket 455, and the Nathaniel Mayer band. Here the band teases the recording engineer while taking a break from recording (another No Fun Records band, The Defectors, is also mentioned). Everything was recorded live (not even headphones) and all the tracks are, mostly, first takes. The sound is raw and the energy is great. A true rock'n'roll album will come out of this one.
