You guys have to work alot more on your controll. Every flip in the video is out of control, and you've even bail most of the times. Drops seems to big to like the one at 0:42.
So,work more on footplacements, all flips tecniques, landings and rolls.
For that sake, yes, flips are not parkour. It's not affcient.

we do a lot of parkour too but we wanted to show everything we got in the first demo..
