Another hypothesis is that there may be some unusual interaction with the Earh's magnetic field which is extracting energy from there (that would be of a much higher order of magnitude). It may even be using some of the Earth's rotational energy. Basically if it works the energy has to be transferred from somewhere (even if it's a hitherto unknown form). Physics is a priori based on this and it would be difficult to discard this principle on the basis of a spinning mechanism.

Free energy may be a misnomer but energy so cheap it would put an end to all wars is a reality, albeit a relentlessly suppressed one.

Religion has been infected with the ideas of government in order to control us, to dumb us down.

Those who prefer science over religion fail to realize that so to is science perverted for governmental agenda.

I hang on to a steel pull up bar and gravity exerts a force which my muscles try to counteract by oxidizing glucose to generate power.

Ignoring fatigue, my glucose levels will eventually deplete and I will fall when 'my battery' is empty.

The magnet placed next to me on the bar never falls. The magnet has mass yet has no battery.

Google Search for "Geo magnetic effects" and "K-Index". Maybe these machines work at geo magnetic storms, but when it is "quiet" they don't work? It had been "Quiet" when they tried to demonstrate them at public sites and everything turned up like it would have been scam. I would suggest to research this. If they work better during geo magnetic storms, then we know why they work and they are finally ready for approval by the patent agencies! I do not believe there can be built any perpettuum...

It would work the same way as standard electric motors that use electromagnets, simply using magnetic energy to create motion in one direction only, or a permanent imbalance. Since you can block magnetism this would be the equivalent of switching a magnet on and off like an electromagnet. Perhaps it may work to have a series of magnets in a wheel where fixed magnets cause the motion of moving magnets in one direction, and a reverse geared blocker comes inbetween to block the reverse motion.

'Magnetic motors' are useless, simply because harnessing the energy that's turning them introduces friction that will eventually stop the device. They can run for a long time if well made and left alone, but what they are doing is efficiently sustaining the energy used to start the rotation. It is a myth that they create energy.

You can pull energy out of curved space-time. Electrodynamics does not account for curved space or time, so they obviously aren't considering everything. They also do not account for the unlimited amount of energy that pours out of every source charge. See "Source Charge Problem," by Tom Bearden.
