@theunderdoggx1 The cultures that cut children teach those children that the part they cut off was "gross, unhygienic or unhealthy" none of these things are true or reflected in the greater world. 80% of the work's men are intact and neither they nor their partners think part of their penises are "gross." That is taught (and learned) behaviour, just like any other prejudice.
