  • Ok, why do people do this? Does everything people eat have to be sugary sweet? Hell no. My daily diet consists of steel cut oats, a half dozen eggs, multivitamins, a gallon of milk, 6 lbs of chicken. Eat to live, not the other way around.

    The basics of REAL nutrition should be taught in schools. I had to learn it all myself and it took a while to make sense of it all. I wonder how many people still think low-fat is a good thing? Same with low-carb diets. All you will do is lose muscle mass.

  • i drink coffee with mine , its good but it does give me heart burn for a while then it goes away.

  • The thing about Nutrisystem that I don't get - wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to just buy Lean Cuisines, 100-calorie packs, and "light" granola bars or something from the supermarket?

  • A GREAT tip I got from other Nutrisystem-ers is that if you microwave the cookies and pastries for just 10-15 seconds they're MUCH less 'dense' and taste gooey and moist...LOVE to do that with the cinnamon bun!
