totally correct! but you also forgot to mention that football and baseball players wives are disappointed with their husbands because of way their 23% body fat gets in the way of their sex stamina and causes them erectile dysfunction. and their body fat cells from that 23% mimics estrogen LOL

thats exactly why so many horny 38 year old cougar women digg young xc runners =)

  • this dude is no cross country runner..more like protein man.lol

  • what if im doing a 95 push ups pyramid? how should i breathe there

  • hi my name is peter. yeah we already know ur name.. u dont need to say it over and over again in every video your in.. -.-

  • @wafflepwnify no it doesnt help at all...muscular strength only gives you drawbacks. distance races are pure aerobic and muscular endurance

  • @KickAsphalt he doesnt mean tight as in not warmed up. Tight as in muscle and strength. Strength leads to more speed which somewhat helps even though it is a distance race

  • hey girls look at me, i can do diamond pushups

  • good abs are good for running too

  • wtf? your are supossed to run an xc race loose and ready. Being tight and not warm is so restrictive to your stride.

  • @drastaify I couldn't agree more.

  • "So you don't hurt your back while running"

    WTF????

  • why pushups? if you want to get better at running then just run
