neighbors park two vehicles side-by-side blocking entire driveway to my building, so i put up a "no parking" sign. (male)neighbor rips sign down. i put sign back up, neighbor rips it down again and proceeds to park there anyway. my wife tries to talk to female neighbor, who cops a snotty attitude, gets huffy and does a burn-out as she leaves the parking lot. i put sign back up, neighbor throws sign (mounted on a pedestal) on top of building, potentially damaging the roof. i get sign off building, put back up. neighbor rips it down again. i get a tall ladder and put sign way up high on utility pole, neighbor figures out a way to rip sign down. meanwhile, neighbor continues to park on private property, leaving garbage and litter strewn all over on a regular basis. entire family makes a habit of walking around the yard and the parking lot, just to antagonize me, almost challenging me to "do something about it". male seems like a hot-head aggressive type who would probably view a physical confrontation as something noble done to "protect his family". also had tomato thrown at side of building by neighbor. here is (female) neighbor finally caught on video acting like she owns the place. i am worried windows will be broken if this escalates, but i am not inclined to keep letting neighbors use-block my driveway and leave their garbage all over my property. police won't do anything. suggestions?
My most commented video is a parking battle for ONE spot between two neighbors that have the whole dang block to park on!

Start displaying controversial flags though your windows like Rebel, Russian, Piracy and hold weekly klansmen like rituals in your yard and also keep putting signs up that read things like "Smile you are on Camera" and "racists PARK HERE!". Call me crazy but I would have a blast with this...

Put a for sale sign in their garden, and an add on the net sell their house.

Not surprised that police are unwilling to act. Unfortunately, your best bet at this point is probably court; to that end, you must document everything. Good luck.
