That would make a hot CD, but CD's need global appeal so they need to be industry and lollipop. But then again Lil Wayne would never have sold as many albums if he didn't have mixtapes to show his real talent. Exactly like orunguno said "real hip hop fans like mixtapes better." I just think he had songs that had radio appeal and kept it real. Not dissapointed in C3, just thought he could have done better

Id have to say Da Drought 3 his best out. even if it a mixtape. an every track has someone elses beat...but shit it bumpin. da drought , and da drought 2 fire too. 4 is alriiight.
