Runescape - Scroll of Efficiency Review - Dungeoneering Reward Item

Today we have the Scroll of Efficiency review:

It costs 20k tokens and will give you a permanent ability to have a chance to retain 1 bar when smithing items that use 3 or more bars. The chance of this happening is dependant on the type of bar used;

- Bronze bar = 50%
- Iron bar = 25%
- Steel bar = 20%
- Mithril bar = 10%
- Adamant bar = 8%
- Rune bar = 5%

In the video I show how the Scroll of Efficiency works and it's usefulness.
