  • Sadie, how do I keep from crashing to to the bottom when lowering into chaturanga? I get the plank position right, got my elbows at 90 degrees, but once I start lowering, I crash tummy first onto the floor rather than stopping midway. I end up in upward dog, not really where I want to be. any tips?

  • i love how you explain the physics of the positions. i'm not really a "spatial" learner, but getting a more in-depth, physical explanation really helps! now i just need that on my side plank pose!!!! :)
