and now, I'm a fan of soldiers. I'm soo excited for the PMA homecoming and want to see the uniform with feathers feathers as hat. I'm so giddy and kilig to see them, reminds me of JANE & JD love story at par with 'Tayong Dalawa.' I look up to them now and suddenly, the way i see them totally changed! From nothing to people who I look up to. Take Care and LIVE, soldiers '___' .
Mishy, a fan of yours.

my twinbrother friend made me realize that NUMBER 1, I CAN NOT go to RepubliQ or party every night freely if it weren't for you, soldiers. Nag eenjoy kami , habang kayo nakikipaglaban maka party lang kami FREELY, with FREEDOM. We may -tend to UNDERESTIMATE soldiers and see you as 'JUST' one but it takes someone who will make us realize YOUR courage and suffering for us. In my case, my friend! and J.D. as he got the attention of the media as the embodiment of snappy (naks alam kona term)soldie

As in pwede na siyang pang movie. ang sakit sakit lang to hear how Jane can't sleep, eat, etc. Having to raise in a hometown where the camp is sooo near (Sangley Point, PN), I thought of soldiers as just soldiers in uniform. 'pare parehas itsura , cut ng buhok , kulay and the ones who just run in the morning' in harmony. It was just recently (tnx to a PMA'er friend who I consider my twinbro) that I realized something...

Hi youmissin! I am Jd's fostermom while he was at PMA. Our family was part of the Hostparent's Asso. We have fond memories of Jd. He is what they say about him and more...funny and serious, tough but kind, mischievous sometimes. He loved pink shirt...says only brave men like him can wear them. He loved his country and as a soldier was willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. May his death and those of others be not in vain. May we see a truly FREE Philippines! Thank you for the video.

Youmissin, You may not know me personally. I'm lagers (JD was the first mistah to adopt that nickname of mine), also known as Bataan Boy. JD was my platoon mate during our summer camp.
I've always admire him for being tough yet friendly. A very fine man.
Don't worry, I know he is up there na. He can finally take his rest.

@lagers22 : He appreciates what you have done right now, coz' you have remembered him. I agree with what you've said. Actually I am not close to him, I am just one of his juniors of the group he founded (i never met him). But I admire the way he carries himself. To those who knew him He is A MENTOR, A FRIEND, A BROTHER & like the other soldiers A LOYAL SON TO HIS MOTHER LAND.
