@GeneralDelrap100 I live in Venezuela, in Nueva Esparta (margarita), and i can assure you, if it wasn't for the angry people protesting over blackouts, we wouldn't have a stable electrical supply.

And when i lived in Pto Ordaz, Bolivar, the same story, only that nobody protested there, so they still get their electricity rationed.
