Ohio Cop Maces & Assaults Female Teenage Cashier

Videotaped on February 17, 1998, at a Dayton, Ohio, Wendy's fast food restaurant, as officer Michael McDonald pays 17 yr old cashier, Brandy Martin, for his drive-thru order. When she hands him his change, he accuses her of theft, claiming that he gave her a 20 dollar bill, not a ten. When she denies the charge, he enters the establishment, goes behind the counter, locates girl, and begins demanding his money. When she is unable to produce it, he begins macing her, and assaulting her.

Why the fuck did she get a settlement? WHY? She started hollerin' and screamin' the MOMENT he says she short-changed him. And she resisted arrest, REPEATEDLY. If it were my choice to make, she would have been taken STRAIGHT to prison with no hospital trip, and NO settlement.
