In 2009, the music world around the globe will commemorate the 200th anniversary of the death of „Papa Haydn". He was the greatest, most famous, and most eminent composer of his era...
Enjoy the remarkably fresh and witty music of one of his less known piano sonatas - the sonata Hob.XVI:41 in B flat major.
pf. Vadim Chaimovich

  • Great job, as usual, Vadim Chaimovich...

  • bravo

  • It's a two movement Sonata. The second one "Allegro di molto" is selected to be abrsm grade 7 material at a slow "q=104" (of course compared to most recordings)

  • this is the first or thir movement?

  • Sonata No. 55 in B-flat major, Hob. XVI/41, 1784 "Bossler Sonatas"

  • Brings joy on an already sunny day, thanks!

  • could you tell me the exact name of this sonata? what key it's in?

  • Muy bien!!
