  • I remember this song from when I was in my teens and I LOVED it back then.....but didn't REALLY understand it. Now, I am 48 and my ex fiance married someone else today. Understand it now? I do....Lord help me, but I do.

  • @smallchange317 Been there done that.... sorry

  • @65FALCONSG Dang! I'm a girl (53) and feel the same way. Sure wish that I didn't... One hundred miles an hour for months, then, the old self preservation creeeeps in.... Dang.....

  • EXACTLY !!!!...you don't see this type of look right now...they are perfect body, perfect face, etc..and NO ARTISTIC NOTIONS...because if you turn OFF all that equipment behind the singers right now...they're a bunch of wolves howling.

  • i love this song... i want a true love...

  • The youth of today have no idea about real love, real men, and real ladies---to the real romance that has become lost!

  • @304Musica Don't forget the real ladies too!

  • Dudes from back then were soo sexy! Wenever I look @ an older man(I'm an oldie too) I don't see their age, I see how really sexy they look in my eyes!!!

  • @smallchange317 Hang in there...... I am the same age as you but made or think a little different. As a man I love a hundred miles an hour at first but after a while turn the "table" on lovers and distant myself. I just don't love like I used to after a while. Maybe God has instilled me with this self-preservation mechanism. Don't know for sure.....

  • awesome

  • such a great song.I wonder if Paul Davis wrote this song from experience?r.i.p Paul Davis.
