as one who has battled several types of cancers, how dare you tell me what will and will not help me manage my pain, and all the other wonderful things dealing with not only cancer, but the effects of the big pharma drugs you are told you MUST take?? I am one who indeed must make use of the synthetic form of the natural herb, and aside from the absurd expensive vs growing the plant, it does NOT work nearly as well. Mitt Romney sucks...yes, there are other sources of pain management, but most often come with side effects that are often worse or just as bad as the reason why you take the medication for in the first place. Marijuana is, in my eyes, the only drug that relieves pain that has few side effects (you know, munchies, giggles, etc.) and no deaths over the direct use of Marijuana.
