I just wanted to say..i understand not wanting rude comments but to say "don't criticize.." is ignorant because criticism can be constructive, and any rider should always be looking to improve themselves as much as they can, because no matter how good or experienced you get, you can never learn enough...I love that you are showing what standardbreds can do btw...I love them aren't they great animals!? :)

LOVE the way he tucks up his back legs especially over the low stuff so cute my guy over jumps everything and extends his back legs right out..he also has aweful stifles which sucks lol! (he's grounded right now walk trot only until his stifles work right again)

My friend has a black STB mare (I lease her) who is 15.2 hh and does jumper, hunter and dressage as well as a bit of Western. Very nice breed. :) Great horses in the video but I agree, you should wear helmets all the time on horseback. :)

@Reesesify Your right .. it is off a tv .. because i cant plug our camcorder into the computer so i video it through the tv off an normal camera and then upload it. So no, its not fake.

Same here ae, but at some events I've found they take one look at the brand and thats it, which sucks. But Your SB is gorgeous and he moves so nicely too! My wee mare even though she never raced hoons round like a loon most times

Haha laddie used to do that .. only in the canter .. but i just let him and kept him cantering til he got ried and slowed down. Then i started schooling him as he was tiring and put him over cantering poles etc so mak him less flat and bring his hind legs underneath him more. It work so im happy haha.

For a standardbred I think he's awesome! How big is he? I've lunged my 14.2 mare over 1.30m so they kinda dwarfed her lmao, but I think your doing well with him =] its very rare to get a SB that can perform that well especially in jumping from what I've seen at events and stuff like that.

he's 16.2. As an estimate. He's been measured at 16.3 and 16.1 so im gunna go with 16.2 haha. Yeah, lads has never been evented, just showed and does quite well, the event season is coming up and im gonna enter him in a few 65cm classes, just to get him started.
