  • Hmm, protein & calories are tricky huh? My protein shakes are 300 calories and 50 g. protein. I love learning all this new stuff about calorie consumption, protein grams, fat grams, carb grams. Who knew before weight loss huh?! Back when life was simple and I ate and ate... oh yea... that's how I got fat! LOL

  • This is just a suggestion but i love Unjury chicken soup protein powder. It's 90 calories and 20 grams of protein per scoup. And it's really good when your tight cause you mix it with warm water so it kinda goes down easier and it tastes like the chicken soup you used to get out of the coffee vending machines...without the sodium content.

  • That is what I aim for too - 60 gms of protein a day, and the drinks are usually around 120 calories. Thanks for sharing all of the info, I am so glad that things are going well for you now! Congratulations again!
