Whether you're in the midst of a stressful day or just in the mood for viewing natural beauty but can't come to Aquarium of the Bay to experience it in person, enjoy a moment of Zen, featuring our Moon Jellies and Pacific Sea Nettles.
Created by Aquarium volunteer Jack Lawton, the footage is taken from Aquarium of the Bay's "Under the Bay" exhibit, which features a 725-gallon, floor-to-ceiling cylinder tank displaying moon jellies, and a wall-mounted 740-gallon gallon kriesel tank showcasing the Pacific Sea Nettles. Jellies are made up of 95% water and have no heart, brains, bones or other organs. What they lack in body parts, they make up in charm their graceful gliding earns them top marks with Aquarium visitors.
