  • holding your breath during a muscle stress can give you an aneurism

  • thats tottaly wrong when u playing everyday ARM coz u will make stress for you muscles and that will make you ARM small not big and it will negative effect in ur muscles so u have to play it one or twice per week

    , make sure u eat well and make sure u have day to rest all ur body coz ur body grow while you ( sleeping & rest ) thank you

  • @HotSauceBG3 if your training arms every day, then you are definetly over training. You should do this once/maybe twice a week

  • Now I do this every day, just before breakfast for a month and a half. There is a small result, but i dont know am I doing something wrong, because i want much more results, I thought my arms will grow much more, please help over here. Do I have to do this twice a day?

  • i have a question: after one set how many second i have to rest ?

  • are standing concentration curls without puting your elbow in you thigh better than sitting concentration curls?????
