@aubhar I am a proud Canadian too. The war is over and has been for nearly 70 years. Give it a rest. There were plenty of Canadian soldiers and sailors who gave their all on that day in 1944. Give them some respect and while you are at it give some respect to the defenders of fortress Europe. They didn't want to die anymore than any other person ever to walk the Earth. They did their duty.

I am proud Canadian, and proud that it took 11,000 Canadian soldiers to break into Normandy hill when it was held by the square heads. Only 21 Canadians left on Normandy hill. Then USA ran in there and mopped it up and killed more square heads and then USA was the ONLY ones were credited for it. USA were the last ones to come into WW2 because tghey were chicken shits. Candians beat the fuck out of Germans and get slaughtered and USA goes in to finish it off and they continue to get credit.DIEUSA
