Are you an ex-pat of Derby, feeling homesick? Or perhaps you just want a clear way of giving someone directions to a location in Derby or just want to show people your Derby Street. Well in this video and the many others I have made, you will be able to take a virtual drive around the city of Derby's streets as though you were in the driving seat. I use a dash-mounted camera, Traffic lights and heavy traffic have been edited out.

00:00 In Chaddesden on Derby Road heading toward Spondon
00:12 Raynesway island (access to A6 Alvaston and A50)
00:17 Derby Road (A6005)
00:32 Turing on right is for ASDA Walmart
00:46 The A52 island
00:48 Slip road on left allows access to A52 Nottingham (nasty merge zone!)
00:56 Derby Road continues
01:05 Spondon Railway Station is right at this island at the bottom of Station Road
01:08 Nottingham Road
01:16 Traffic lights at bottom of Willowcroft Road
01:39 On right is Anglers Lane which goes over the former Derby Canal
01:42 On left is Angler's Arms pub
02:01 On right is Clock Garage Spondon
02:07 Left onto Borrowash Road
02:17 On right is entrance to the former Asterdale Social Club
02:33 Left onto Deepdale Road
02:44 Right onto Milldale Road
02:50 Arnhem Terrace
03:26 Site of the eight demolished blocks of derelict flats (demolished Jan 2008)
03:40 Right around Cambridge Street
03:54 Right onto Willowcroft Road
04:03 Passing under A52 bridge
04:20 Right onto Sitwell Street (A6096)
04:43 White Swan pub
04:46 Right onto Moor Street
04:47 End
