The pelican have accidentally drank the paint and he got drunk and hiccuping. There must something in this paint that got this pelican high.

@bursegsardaukar they did manage to scare off ghosts when they were in the ghost hunting biz. other than that, the presence of goofy and donald always seems to mean they'll fail epically when they get odd jobs.
